What John and Perry don't know about meat is probably not worth knowing but if they don't they are open minded enough to learn. A brilliant solid service is provided by this great shop which keeps a great relationship with it's producers and also it's customer's. Willing to prepare the meat how you want it, you want your fore rub hung for a few more days, no problem.
