Cheap drinks especially on a monday night, but that does not necessarily translate into a good night out. If its not busy enough, the place just looks empty and without atmosphere (winter) - if its too busy you end up covered in other peoples beer because the place has so many steps. Theres a wierd tacky feel with the zebra print booths and the crowd is just too lary - stag night south central. Afterwards, venture outside to feel inter-city council estate charm as fights break out around you; watch the bouncers dive in for their fair share of the action, and wonder to yourself how it takes the police almost an hour to turn up when the copshop is 25 yards around the corner. Had lots of great nights out :-) not so much fun in winter, but great in Summer. Can get some dodgy people, like anywhere in Newquay but thats just something to watch out for. Great place - had some wonderful nights out here. I have heard it has gone down hill recently though so make sure you ask around before paying to get in - especially in summer as with anywhere in Newquay you'll be paying upwards of £10!!! They do often hand out free entry / discount vouchers though! Bouncers are quite friendly which is a 1st in Newquay! Classic R and B, hip hop etc and the classic podiums where you can watch people make fools of themselves. Normally got some sort of drinks promo going so if you're not too fussy about what you drink you can normally do it on the cheap. If you are it could be an expensive night though - but in fairness its the same anywhere in Newquay!! In winter it can be dead - there are so many clubs that they just don't get full so that can be a realy dissapointment!!! The staff are friendly and attractive and chatty which is lovely.
