The show is a tear jerker to say the least, but it is amazing, so well acted and performed, so beautiful from start to finish, that you are transported to another time and place. It is a very long show though so bear in mind that you will get thirsty and hot, so take a drink, also the ques for the toilets was ridiculous and we almost missed the start of the 2nd half because of this, so plan ahead! It is wonderful and a must see, thats probably why it has been running for so long and long may it continue.

Les Mis doesn't disappoint by simonlarois

See this live at the Queenâ¬"s Theatre if you want the authentic experience of this ground breaking mega musical extravaganza, based on the novel by Franceâ¬"s national poet and novelist, the great Victor Hugo. The book and lyrics are superb, with fine translation and / or adaptation from the French by Herbert Kretzmer. The orchestra are on fine form, and well led by the conductor and musical director. The ensemble pieces are a dream and the soloists are excellent.

Les Miserables by DanniLou85

I remember enjoying it and loving all the songs, which I already knew, but not quite understanding it... I saw it again last week (aged 23!) and thought it was the most amazing production ever! Valjean, Javert, Eponine were all fantastic, as the ovations at the end showed. The music was amazing, the cast were uber-talented, direction was spot on and scenes were fantastic. The scene at the barricade where all the students die (sorry for spoiler) was my favourite part of the show and was directed perfectly. In fact the main student guy was brilliant, he really stood out :)

Go see it - it's almost life changing!! ;)
