We visited TGIs as a treat for our son on his 6th Birthday whilst on a visit to london. We had not booked in advance and with it been a busy saturday night wondered whether we would be able to gat a table.
We entered and were greated immediatly by a lovely waitress who gave us the option of a table or waiting for a few minutes whilst they cleaned a booth and we could have that. we chose the booth and were seated quickly. The staff - although busy - made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and made a fuss of our son. A lovely welcoming experience, coupled with a fantastic dessert selection and a lovely booth made for a lovely evening.
The food was also reasonably priced as was the drinks menu.
