It was really by chance that I got into Lavazza Cafe'! It was cold and needed a coffee to warm me up. I saw a Lavazza sign and thought of going there instead of the easy Starbucks option.

I had a fantastic Cappuccino and also met about 20 people that welcomed me and made me feel at home, even in freezing Chicago. And the owner is very nice as well.
