Bad first experience by LukeG

Maybe the other food is better?? There are few things in the food world that people seem to agree on, though what a burger should taste like is surely a consensus. Foccacia bun was a good idea, although it was stale, very stale. The meat equally disappointed - tough and chewy, unpleasant at best.
Nice concepts - poor food quality. The creme brulee was ok. No complaints on the service. Overall, it would have been ok if the burger meal hadn't been £10. Let's hope this was just a one off.

A good place to catch up with friends by Hilary

We sat in a booth which was perfect for having a chat up conversation with girlfirends. A good volume level meant we could also hear each other talk (not too loud). They also offer table service which meant we could do more uninterupted talking.

The service that night was pretty poor I must admit, eg one bottle of wine took about 15mins to turn up and the anipasto platter was pretty tight on, but the waiter was apologetic and we weren't too bothered on that occasion as too busy chatting.
