The food is of good quality and the wide range of the Thai (red / green etc) curries and stir fried dishes that have become familiar to British restaurant goers are available. The vegetable side-dishes are also particularly good ⬠I would recommend the ginger broccoli. Despite its smallish shop front in Leytonstone High street there is plenty of room inside ⬠itâ¬"s nicely appointed and decorated (inside and out) ⬠there is lots of greenery and a very pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant also offers takeaways which are very good.

The food was very good. Staff friendly and attentive and also have a licence to serve alcohol. Decor typical of a Thai restaurant. Credit cards accepted. I've knocked a star off because their last rating on the environmental health site only gives them a "broadly compliant" 2 star rating. That needs to be improved but overall experience was good.

Petch Sayam is a charming and attractive Thai restaurant which has certainly brought a piece of Thailand to Leytonstone for all to enjoy.

The food and its presentation are excellent and all portions are of an extremely good size. The interior decor is intricate, ornate and beautiful, a highlight being the remarkable hand-carved wooden tabletops depicting Thai scenes. Low lighting and gentle traditional music gives dining at Petch Sayam a peaceful and relaxing feel.

In addition to the normal menu there is also a completely separate delicious menu for vegetarians.

Chef´s Speciality Dish

PRIEW WAN MOO
Stir-fried Pork in sweet and sour mixed with Onion, Peppers, Cucumber, Tomato and Pineapple.
