I havent been to the toilets but just like any other big chain, all they care about is the money, not the customers, even with the money they get they dont keep sercvices running well. I think that going there is a waste of time and money yet I still have to go there because of the fact that it is the nearest coffee shop to me, my old place used to fine, some family run coffee shop so my verdict is that if it is there just try to go somewhere else.

Went we went in we were faced with super slow service, there was a huge cue and only two people serving. They werenâ¬"t very fast either. Buy the time we got to order and pay, they got the order wrong and we had to wait another five mintutes for them to fix this. The cake was stale, must have been left out for too long. Seating was dirty and table hadnâ¬"t been cleared in a while. The toilet was dirty, and I felt quite dirty just being in there. We informed a member of staff about the state of the toilets, we just got quite a rude response back â¬Ü what would you like me to do about i?â¬" . poor.
