If you want to try a close example of Hong Kong style fast food, then go to Café De Hong Kong. The menu boasts some of the best examples of food served in cafes in Hong Kong and the service is fast. I love the drinks you can order including my favourite ovaltine served cold and the brilliant pearl drinks. The staff, décor and atmosphere are nothing to rave about but this place is about fast food, so go in, eat, pay and leave.
