The place was pretty full, but the service was great, staff were friendly, presentable, the ambience was lively yet comfortable, and the decor modern, and in keeping with nearby Carnaby Street.
Pricewise, I felt good value, and the Non-veg Thali, is what I would recommend to meat eaters, and the veg Thali to vegetarians. A bill for three of us at Lunch, drinking beer, came to less than £60, so for a filling high quality lunch, less than £20 a head including drinks is for more great value.

It is a trendy, busy, but pretty cheap Indian restaurant. No reservations are taken, but service is quick (and friendly) and seating plentiful, so you shouldn't have to queue too long for a table.

We all ordered some beers and a selection of meals - ranging from Indian style madras noodles, to traditional curry, to thalis (platters). The food was tasty and the serving sizes ensured we left sated.

The food is superb quality - the masala is cooked properly and the food is not over chilly.
