Crowded but what can you expect for a bar right in Leicester square. There is plenty of seating area spread over 3 levels and there is a area outside as well. But still, the bar is very crowded and it takes forever to get a drink from the bar.
Overall its a nice place for its location and if you arrive early. On offer is a standard all bar one menu and drinks selection, so you won't be disappointed. I prefer sitting outside if the weather permits as inside it can get very noisy.
