Great for women the door men kinda steer you in with a discounted entry, or is it me and my girlfriends that are gullible? Anyway we had a great night altho as other people have commented that the drinks are expensive, I have a good tip, buy a Bottle of wine it will be cheaper all round. Music is great all types for all tastes, altho if you have a pink or blue rinse please avoid.

Sound is one of my favourite central London clubs.

The good: with various dance floors, the uppermost being the best for urban music, inexpensive entry, and plenty of areas to chill. Entry is free before 9 on the weekend and generally varying between Â£5-10 after 10pm.

ItÂ´s about 5 minutes from Piccadilly and Leicester Square tube stations and close to various pre club bars such as YatesÂ´.

The door staff are reasonable and thereÂ´s one thatÂ´s particularly friendly and talkative which creates a better vibe going in. The main dance floor has flashing lights but the uppermost dance floor is the one for the best music hits. Drinks are relatively well priced for a central London club.

The bad: Thereâ¬"s often lengthy queue. It can also get very crowded on the upper floor and in general could do with one or two more bars as it can take ages to get served. Victim of its own popularity it seems.

Sound was aboslutly great! I had a brilliant time. I went for a stag do and it so much fun. Great tunes, great drinks. I am definatly going back!

The four sided grand mezzanine over looks the main dance space, DJ and stage areas of the third floor. Includes a ´set back´ area for 20 people (seated) and large bar

The Ivory Room Level 5
A party space in its own right! With bar and DJ console this awesome room has unrivalled views over Leicester Square and London beyond.
