I spent a year working in Brixton and Honest Foods was my favourite spot for lunch. They have daily changing specials which may include organic steak sandwich or artisan BLT, and can sell you a great range of artisan breads and cheeses (including the peerless Stinking Bishop). This cafe is a great place to spend a Saturday lunch time. They offer excellent value, healthy food. Expect delicious soups, sandwiches (toasted is recommended), and a wide selection of excellent salads.

Also try some of their juices, like apple, ginger and carrot.
