What a gym! The staff are really helpful and friendly. The equipment is top of the range Technogym stuff. I have got to know a lot of the personal trainers in the 5 years that i have been training at Grays and can say that they are a very experienced and knowledgable team of proffesionals many of whom have degrees in Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and Sports Science. Their Prices are very reasonable too. I've been training with a personal trainer at Grays for 5 months now and am so happy with the results. I needed to get back into shape after having a baby and would never have been able to do this on my own. My trainer is very knowledgeable and encouraging which makes my sessions enjoyable.
