Hamptons Wine Bar is located a little off the main drag, close to Leicester square. I met up with some friends one night before moving on for dinner.

There were lots of wines on offer, by the glass or bottle, but only one type of beer (beer drinkers be warned!). They also serve some food here, though I didn't sample any.

Service was efficient and very friendly - we tortured our friendly Aussie waitress by asking her to take photos of us girls with 6 different cameras!

Some may find the atmosphere lacking, though the quieter environment was ideal for us ladies on this occasion.

A few London lasses and I met up at Hamptons Wine Bar for a ladies night out on Friday, 22nd April 2005... the evning was balmy and clear.

This wine bar is close to where I used to work, down a little side alley about a 5 minute walk away.

It has a row of large windows down the one side which is really nice in summer because they are all open, so the smoke is not so bad.

This also lends a lighter atmosphere inside an otherwise interior.

The evening we were there though the windows were closed and the smoke wasnt that bad anyway.

This is a lovely venue to meet and have a natter over a glass of wine. Quaint, intimate, and not overcrowded.

We went off to Strada afterwards for a meal. It was a lovely venue to meet up and have a pint or a glass of wine!
