I love Indian food.I had mooved to Guildford recently and we(friends) thought we will try dinner at Bombay Spice. It is nice and clean place. Started with starter and we felt we were hurried to order main course and when we asked them for an extra cutlery the staff was very rude. Had an awful experience yesterday. We were 4 of us and had been there last night for celebrating a friend's birthday. We had to wait long even though there were seats available. The waiters were very rude and one of them even got angry when we asked for an extra fork!!. The food was okay but was being rushed through when we wanted to stay there for sometime. I seriously doubt the hygiene maintained by the waiters and had to leave halfway through to Nandos where the food was excellent and the service staff were friendly.

Clean, fresh and modern atmosphere (no Taj Mahals and ornate elephant pictures). But where it really scores is the no-nonsense food and friendly attentive service.
