Rating: 1.00Six of us recently went to Nino's at Knaphill for a birthday evening meal. Frankly we were disappointed on most counts here. It was 'all about them', with promising flowery descriptions of their special dishes of the day followed by slow service, uninspiring food and a poor attitude. One 'special' was a mixed meat stew in which the beef was so tough it was actually inedible. The restaurant were unwilling to accept this 'wonderful' dish was anyting less than perfect, but after a long wait (by which time the rest of us had finished) and with some huffing and puffing, they substituted another dish. Another special was a tepid sole in a pink sauce, which tasted of not very much (and was a bit steep at 14 quid!)
