There is always some error in the price of an item, whether I have been overcharged or not got special offers that were advertised, such as BOGOFs etc. There is one young man in particular on the customer service desk who seems to always want to prove the customer wrong. He always seems reluctant to go and check prices, as if it is a big chore for him, even though it is what he is being paid to do&#33; I had a big argument with him once over the fact that my husband had paid and gone to the car with the trolley only for us to find an error on our receipt. Even though my husband was over the other side of the car park and I was pregnant, he refused to refund me without my husband&#39;s credit card for the refund to be added back on to. He said even though we had a joint account, it had to go onto my Husband&#39;s card&#33; Then, the last time I was at the customer service desk, I heard him say to a customer, "Oh don&#39;t worry, I don&#39;t need your card, I&#39;ll just give you it in cash&#33;" Different rules on different days obviously&#33; So all I can say is this branch of Tesco is well laid out, and has good bargains but always check your receipt and don&#39;t take any rubbish from the know-it-all young man on the Customer Service Desk&#33;I use this store as it is local and convenient for me but I always find I have to check my receipt before leaving the store.
