Used Press to Dress for the 1st time on Saturday afternoon for a simple job - dry clean a coat, sew the buttons and dry clean my trousers. For the total sum of Â£16. First of all I was a little surprised that they demanded payment upfront, but nevertheless I paid for it. On collection, they couldn't find the coat. Secondly, when they did find it, it was pulled out of plastic bag on the floor all crumpled up and looking worse than when I had brought it in. Thirdly, the buttons were not sewn. I asked for my money back which they agreed to do, but asked if I could wait for 2 mins while the coat was pressed. After he pressed it, there were still creases in it. I asked exactly what had been done to the coat and was told it had already been dry cleaned!!!! I challenged them on this and asked why would you dry clean a coat and then get it repaired - is it not usually the other way around?? I was refunded just Â£2 for a creased coat that I have no way of knowing if it has been dry cleaned. I thought the camp behaviour of the assistant was a joke, but the business is the biggest joke ever. We are a young professional couple with high standards when it comes to dining out. During the three years that we have been living in South Sutton, we have become regular visitors to Ricci's - perhaps twice a month.

The restaurant is a stoneâ¬"s throw from the station but is the last restaurant in the line of shops. Therefore, it is not difficult to imagine that opportunist diners find themselves walking into one of the first Italians they come across rather than venturing a hundred yards to the end of the parade.

But Ricci's is certainly worth the few extra steps. The food is fantastic, the prices are very reasonable and the family who have owned the restaurant for years deliver the kind of service you would expect from a family-run Italian which genuinely values its customers.

The older lady who owns it always points out that her pizza bases are fresh and cooked from scratch in their big clay oven. Whatever you do, donâ¬"t confuse a Ricci's pizza base with a frozen one - I'm not convinced that you'd be forgiven. Her elderly and rather jolly husband will always joke in his strong accent (we think he's Italian) that he finds the credit card machine confusing. We find them really endearing - genuine, lovely people.

Their pizzas are amazing and the guy who has been manning the clay oven for years is either a perfectionist or he's got more pizza-preparing experience than you could shake a breadstick at.

For us, ambiance is key and Ricci's has a really pleasant, cosy atmosphere which I suspect is helped by the music (think Magic or Heart FM).

Ricci's is the restaurant you will want to make your regular.

We feel that if we are going to eat out during the credit crunch, we want to spend our money supporting small restaurants like Ricci's.

These locals and the people behind them were adding real colour to the community long before the chains arrived with their frozen pizza bases.

Great Price great portions and friendly staff.....Never had a bad bit of food and I can honestly say it is the best Kebab shop I have ever been in..... Me and my girlfriend go in there on a regular basis and are always happy with the food and service. I was pleased to see the snazzy little sign go up over tis new restaurant. Yes, yet another italian restaurant, but a nice atmosphere, inviting atmosphere, and this type of restaurant is always going to be popular for a relaxed informal meal out. Pasta and Pizza, always a safe bet and a nice choice of dishes here. Good hearty food, service pretty good considerng they are usually busy, no complaints at all with any aspect. There is also a suitable choice of wine at reasonable rates. Eating out is expensive in this country but this would be a pretty good choice for a casual tasty meal out if you don't want to spend a fortune, or just dont fancy cooking at home one night. I like Oâ¬"Neilâ¬"s, I know itâ¬"s a chain Irish pub but its got a good atmosphere, a pretty good select of beers and the prices are good considering the area. They have a bit of live music at the weekends and big screen for sports.

Sutton High street on a Friday/Saturday night had a bit of a reputation for violence but Iâ¬"m glad to say Iâ¬"ve never seen any trouble in this pub.

Iâ¬"ve spent many a happy night in there and I am sure I will again in the future

Bar Room Bar in Sutton has been refurbished and has new management. I have visited on several occasions over the past few months. During the day, the bar caters for lunch and those wanting a relaxed drink. Kids are welcome both inside and outside. Plenty of food offers available, including 2 for 1 pizzas all day on a Tuesday. During the evening, the atmosphere is friendly and lively. A good mixed crowd and DJ's. There are many fine restaurants in Sutton, unfortunately this is not one of them. Pizza Express is one of my favouirte chains, however I have been let down twice by this branch in particular. It has a lot going for it; a great menu, excellent location on the way to Sutton railway station and a reasonable amount of room inside.
I'm not sure how you can make a winning formula go so wrong. Sloppy service, incorrect food, poorly cooked food that I have had to send back twice in one sitting and on two different occassions. Add to this an apparent lack of caring from the mangement team and a meal here has disaster written all over it.

I was a little suspicious of Mama Dumplings when it first opened in Sutton. It is very basic in appearance and I passed it by many times looking at it curiously until one day I gave up and went in as I fancied a change.
I sat down reviewed the menu and ordered. The waitress took my order effciently, but she could have been more freindly. To be honest I remained pretty unimpressed until the food arrived.
The food came quickly, it was hot and fantastically tasty and I would highly recommend it. The soups and duck are an absolute treat, indeed all of the food I have ever had there has tasted great. I have since returned many times and never been let down.

It's location is ideal, almost sat on top of Sutton railway station and it is good for all the local offices at lunch time.

It's just such a shame the place doesn't have a little more soul.

Rating: 3.00Nandos in Sutton is a good example of this lively, no nonsense food chain. With over 190 restaurants in the UK I was expecting the food and service to be a bit mass produced. Surprisingly my experience was much better than you get in your local burger bar. The place was busy but service was quite quick, friendly and helpful.
The menu is a basic mix of chicken and chips/salad combinations in all sizes. This sounds a bit run of the mill however Nandos saving grace comes with their wonderful range of Peri-Peri sauces.
Overall if youâ¬"re in the Sutton area and fancy some good basic food at a reasonable price you could do much worse than NandosNandos in Sutton is a good example of this lively, no nonsense food chain. Empire Cinema - Empire Cinema Sutton by Roberteggers

Rating: 3.00This is the only cinema in Sutton. I think it used to be a UCI before its change to Empire but the place hasnâ¬"t changed much (apart from the name) in quite a few years.

It has 6 screens that show the normal main stream movies you see at any multiplex cinema. It offers the normal snacks and sweets available in the foyer.

Sadly the Empire chain doesnâ¬"t offer any kind of loyalty or membership to discount regular visitors but on Tuesdays it does discount its tickets to almost half price which I think I quite good value.

Although Croydon has several more cinemas on offer and is not far away, I still use it as my regular. Itâ¬"s not the best cinema around but the convenience factor is a big plus to me (as I live in Sutton) and as its not as busy as the Croydon ones I can always get decent seat to see the big releases when they come out.

It is next door to the St Nicholas center multi story car park which makes your life easier if youâ¬"re driving. There are all some good pubs and restaurants in the area to.

Rating: 5.00I have been using this company for some years now and would highly recommend them. They sell computers and anything you need for them but I have always used their repair service. If ever I have a problem I can take the computer in to them the same day and they are very quick and reliable with their repairs. If you ask them to save anything on the hard drive for you they will do their best to save what ever they can and will re-install anything back on to the computer for you once it's fixed.
My parents live in Colliers Wood and when they had a problem with their computer, rather than them disconnect it all and drive all the way to Sutton, Phoenix offered to come and fix the computer in my parents' home which I thought was a vey nice thing to do for them. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is reliable.

This is my favourite Indian restaurant in the area. It has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere if you eat in and they are always courtious and friendly if you have food delivered to your home. The food is always of a very high standard. It is always hot, fresh and well presented. I have tried other Indian restaurants for food to be delivered but this is by far the best I've tried. They deliver quickly and the food is so nice! Try the coconut rice! Whether you eat in, take-away or have food delivered, the food is very reasonably priced. Entrance is completely free and they have relaxed the dress code so you can go in wearing trainers before 11pm.

Once you go in you will see the place is quite big but the dance area is tiny and there is really no point to it due to its size. The music is fairly loud but bearable.

There is a small garden area which gets extremely crowded but is nicely decorated.

Drinks are expensive as youâ¬"d expect but considering you didnâ¬"t pay anything to get in, it is something you can live with!

It is however the one place where you are most likely to get ill from! The milkshakes have lumps of god knows what in and the burgers just donâ¬"t taste right. It is a fairly big pub which stretches quite far back and also has a nice beer garden which overlooks the train station. Football is often shown here aswell so it can get quite busy when it is on.

Drinks are quite expensive but you will be paying for what you get. It is also worth noting that the pub is for over 21â¬"s only and they are normally quite strict about making sure anyone in there has got ID.
