It was the best way to get into and upstairs in Risa. Otherwise you would have to waste half your night queuing to get upstairs. We would get a student discount to see Jongleurs in the first place. Obviously it depends on who's on the night you are there - but out of the 3 performers you're bound to laugh a few times and one of them you're bound to love.

There's loads of waitresses serving drinks and delicious (though a little bit expensive) food. After the comedy you can then dance for the rest of the night. However, be warned that by the end of the evening all the people coming for the club will pile in and it will become either nice and crowded or too crowded depending on what you like. Drinks are cheap (and served in plastic glasses) and the music tends to err on the side of indie, rock, alternative and electro. Bank Holiday weekends are often a favourite as Friday night is given over to the best music of the 90â¬"s. All my evenings there have been sweaty, drunken and every so wonderful and despite its debauched reputation Iâ¬"d recommend it to anyway who wishes to have a night away from the mainstreamThe after dark club is a place that people go to, enjoy but will never admit to it! Itâ¬"s a dark and dingy place accessed by a secluded passageway.
