I'm not a huge fan of hot fast food, so thought I'd give subway a try seeing as many of my friends had told me great things about their products. Cheap, good quality, tasty food... apparently! My friend and myself popped in during a shopping trip to grab a quick lunch, only to be utterly disappointed. My food was fine, but my friend found 2 hairs in her meal and that just put me right off. Not a great thing to find in a place you expect to recieve nice food. Now, I don't believe fast food restaurants such as McDonalds should get or deserve a review but I've been left impressed on 2 (forced) occasions there.

Maybe it's because I've not been in a McD's for years but the customer service seems to have improved hugely.

I still don't quite get the point of the express queue, but I quite like this business of them bringing the food over if it's not ready. I'm more impressed that they have a roaming customer servive bod on the floor. Even more so when I 'complained' my food hadn't been brought over to me within about 3 minutes (which I think is about right in a fast food place).

Anyway, I probably won't go back unless forced by a small child again, but pleasantly surprised that their attitude to customers has improved.

Its ok, what you would expect from a burger king really. small pokey counter, lots of seats, usual average fast food, last time i went there were dirty tables everywhere, and they were in no hurry to clean them up and to be honest i did nearly leave the rest of my family and head to the jacket potato shop 2 counters down, but they wanted burger king, so we had burger king. The good thing is there are toilets, cash machines and a lift right near you so you don't have to worry about amenities. Rating: 3.00I sometimes use this takeaway if i fancy a change,you can wait or they will deliver your meal after a certain time and if you spend over 10 pounds. the food is reasonably priced, my favourite is the chicken wrap, but the burgers are good too! The staff are always really friendly and are usually quick to do your meal. the food is mostly cooked while you wait. Its average food, not too bad but not outstandingly spectacular, good for if you just want something hot if you are busy or its late. it opens from lunch times till 11pm. Rating: 1.00I don't like this particular KFC restaurant as they always get the meals wrong. They never answer the phone so you can never complain to them, the staff can be miserable and they never seem to have enough of anything cooked. They aalso give out the wrong sized portions, i.e. you get normal fries when you have paid for large, the burgers aren't made with any type of care. Once i even got 2 pieces of boned chicken when i bought a boneless box!! the lady said they didn't have enough chicken strips so she had put in something instead, i would have thought she would have put in something boneless. when i went back with a voucher from head office, they managed to forget to put in a burger i had ordered!!!they don't seem to think what they are doing.I don't like this particular KFC restaurant as they always get the meals wrong. It's right next to next so handy if you need a quick fix waiting for the sale to kick off.

Various seating areas. The upstairs is probably the nicest place to pick.

The food is always hot, within its specified time and really yummy!!!The staff are always friendly and try to help as much as possible. I have never had any problems with the meals purchased from this branch and will continue to eat from there. You can have your order delivered or you can pick it up from the store. There are regular meal deals and offers. The food is always well cooked, hence we are regular customers. This is a juice bar, there is no where to sit and it is a take away bar.

Their menu includes smoothies and juices and are just scrumptious. They are really refreshing and whats more they are good for you!! They are all made with fresh fruit and prepared while you wait. You can even have a 'boost' added for example a boost to give you energy or to help your immune system. My favourite is probably 'Mango Tango'.

They also run a scheme where when you have bought ten you get one free. To follow this scheme make sure you ask for a card and get it stamped every time you buy one!
