The one in the building next to Vitoria Coach station. Around 6.30pm on 11/07/09.

Riduculous and rude staff. Went in and stood there waiting for 15 plus minutes just to get a ham sub. It wasn't crowded. I was already being served but they prefered to chat away and leave the sandwich there waiting and serve someone else behind me rather than finish making it and giving it to me first. I have to repeat myself like 3-4 times each time because they were NEVER paying attention. Preffered bitching about the previous customers rather than making the sandwich. Gave an attitude to the customer before me just because he asked him to pack his foot long sandwich into 2 seperate bags so he can have the second one later. After that he stood there ranting and complaining to his partner about it which was irritating. He would ask a question like "What bread?" I would say "Honey Oat" But when i said that he was talking again to his partner then he asked me again... TWICE! I had to answer him twice for every question he asked cause he wasn't friggin paying attention. When I complained to him he said I was impatient and I have a lot of knowledge compared to him at making subways cause he had 4 yrs. I was questioning 4 years of experience. Well, all I have to say is, I never knew it took four years to learn to make a sandwich. WOW! I love subway honestly I do. Never met a worker as rude as him before. Hope he wins the best sandwich award with his 4 years experience!
*i am very sorry to write the bad comment on it but honestly, the food is great. Feel bad just because the behaviour of the staff.Review for: 123 Buckingham Palace Road, Victoria London, SW1W 9SR. The one in the building next to Vitoria Coach station. I ordered the Balti Peshary set meal at £9.95 which included the Balti Peshary, rice, two nans and chutneys. I also had two large cokes. Spicy World is a tiny intimate restaurant, not much bigger than my front room. The service is good and staff very friendly. They have a happy hour between 5:30pm-6:30pm giving a 10% discount. The food was tasty and there was plenty of it. When I was presented with the bill I noticed the 10% discount was missing, £3.95 for a pint of coke was also on the high side. I challenged the bill, pointing out the 10% omission and asking why so much for the coke. I was referred to drinks menu which states coke is £1.75 per glass without advising how big the glass is.
I would recommend Spicy World, but check your bill.
I visited Spicy World in Victoria last night for a mild curry. The food is kept warm in steamer trays behind a counter and the proprietor ladles the thick sauce in to tin-foil take-out trays. It's pretty cheap and the food is pretty average.

There are a few seats inside so it's a good escape from the office. The place looks... well, I would say run-down, but that might be being overly kind. It looks like better days were something that once happened to another shop. Reminds me of places you might find in Asia more than England.

The one high point that takes it up to two stars instead of one is the made-to-order bread. Rotis and naans are made before your eyes in a traditional clay oven and they are pretty good. I think the best way to enjoy the food here is to just order the bread and some sauce to dip it in.

Might be a bit of a wait for breads at lunchtime as they are cooked individually and take a few minutes.

Luckily time is an illusion, so this shouldn't cause a problem.Spicy World is an unassuming Indian serving pre-prepared curries. The chips here are never as good as the mcdonalds ones, always a bit too soggy, why I do not know. But the pop corn chicken is good, and the wraps are nice when freshly made. The value for money is ok, but the food is some times a bit hit and miss. Not really very good if you are a non meat eater though as chicken is what you get. Not sure if I really like it, so having been a couple of times, I ask my self why bother. still some people love the stuff and it can get busy.Well if you want some thing quick and do not mind that it is a bit greasy and full of hidden calories then kfc is for you. Since they were introduced i thank god that they aren't available in every store you go or i might be many pounds heavier than i am. I'm a total sucker for these doughnuts. They have the perfect recipe and are scrumptous, even my mum who doesn't like to eat many sweet things can't resist scoffing down two everytime i get some. They are available singlely or in boxes. There are a range of different coatings and flavours and they are always so fresh. They are great eaten as they are or if you have had some for a few days (Be warned this should never happen lol) they are great when heated up in a microwave or oven. The classic sugar coated one's are by far my favourite, even though the chocolate and caramel and various others flavoured one's look so much more appealing i find the classic one's taste the best and they smell so good they should make an air freshener of this aroma. They are highly priced and even though you have to pay over the odds the box of 12 is better off in the long run as they are high quality and once you have one you'll just want more and more. They are available in tesco's and harrods and certain stores but not as widely available as i would have liked. I don't know if this is a bad thing or a good one :)These are my favourite doughnuts.
