this is in response to leaj17!!!
due to unforseen circumstances the lee evans venue layout was changed beyond our control.
every customer that purchased lee evans tickets from us were contacted to send us there tickets back as we needed to re-issue new tickets for the new event layout.

due to further complications we were unable to provide some customers with new tickets, however these customers were refunded in full and offered an upgrade on any future purchase with ourselves.

ALso we have one telephone line 020 88 88 88 88 and 1 email add. info@double8tickets.com
so i dont know who you were tryin to contact!

in any case if your were not able to get in touch with us via phone or email this was only caused by high call volumes and we apologise for any inconvience this caused!

we are NOT a scam! and if for reasons we fail to provide a customer with the correct tickets we do our best to offer them an alternative, some money back or a full refund!

I love the Royal Opera House, I have seen many many ballets & opera's here- Don Giovanni, The Magic Flute, La Traviata, Un Ballo, Tosca, The Barber of Seville, The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Giselle, Ondine & have recently bought a 'Total opera' package for the upcoming Autumn operas... However I think people have the wrong idea about the ROH, its NOT horribly expensive to get a ticket- you can get some very resonsable priced seats in the Amphitheatre & slips for all performances- I paid Â£9 to La Traviata & Tosca in the upper slips seat DD21, and Â£12.50 to see the Barber of Seville in W61- these prices make it not that much dearer than the cinema (actually cheaper than the West End cinema prices!). Have been to see a couple of things here I should say that they were both good, The exit and entrance to get in to the venue is a bit small for the often massive volume of people going through the doors and we were afraid we would be crushed by every one pushing to get out at the end of the night. Other wise its ok for this sort of venue. Drink prices are high, but it is to be expected really. Having just seen a review here I am wondering if we saw the same show. It was not suzanne shaw as roxy when we went to see it so may be thats the difference, but we had a great time and really enjoyed it. The jazz band that played the music were incorporated on to the stage so that it felt like you were in a sleazy , smokey old jazz club. The band were good. The cast were wonderful, the dancing superb and the guy who played the lawyer had a good voice. Our seats were in the stalls and were very good, not sure if the higher seats were as good though. A good show, but the theatre is a little tucked away and could be easy to miss.Having just seen a review here I am wondering if we saw the same show. The staff at Curzon Soho are brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - and importantly for me, unlike most cinemas - they smile. A lot! There is a good range of films shown here and the concessions stand offers popcorn, alcohol and beverages that are very reasonably priced. There is also a bar and coffee bar in the building, offering different food, drink and cake options. This is a cinema you can come to as part of a whole evening, you don't feel like you've got to watch your step on sticky floors or that you are being ripped off. The membership options offer good value for money if you are going to come more than 4 times in a year - and actually, you might because the atmosphere here is so friendly and welcoming. I went tonight - and there was even a quiz, adding to a real 'community' feel! This is my favorite bar in London. There is a friendly waitress service, and a great theatre to boot! In the middle of Soho, they are general busy, but never totally packed - I've always managed to get a table -pretty much straight away! The prices are reasonable and there is a good list of cocktails to try. There is also a full and varied wine list, which is not badly priced. The selection of beers and spirits are good. Iâ¬"ve never eaten in the Soho Theatre, but Iâ¬"ve been told that the food is good too! Nothing about this place disappoints.

The Odeon Cinema on Tottenham Court Road in London is a fine cinema. I went there to see Spider-Man 3 last year. The screen was massive, and sound effects were incredible. I thought we sat too close though, so be weary of that. Also be aware that it costs around Â£10 per person to get in, so have a student discount card ready if you have one of those. It is nearby the tube so if you have a late showing transport home is not an issue and the refreshments they have for sale are again a bit pricey but the portions are large so you can share making it much more affordable. I've only been once to see a rehearsal for That Mitchell and Webb look via the free BBC tickets scheme.
