The building of course, is amazing even when half covered in scaffolding. Famous from films like Mary Poppins, Doctor Who (The Invasion) etc. Having said that I went here to attend a debate on global warming that was being supported by St. Paulâ¬"s and held in the building and I left distinctly unimpressed.
