The victoria and albert museum is another, of our fine museums and houses vast collections from all over the world, including ceramics, fashion, photographs, sculpture, textiles and paintings and much much more.
At the moment you can see the fashion verses sport exhibition and the story of the singing group, the supremes exhibition shows the outfits they wore. There is free entrance to the through the looking glass tunnel and a japanese calligraphy exhibition also with free entrance. You can eat on site either by taking your own packed lunch as we did, or in the onsite facilities. The science museum is another of londons must see places. The entrance is free to all and it is open from 10am till 6pm most days.
You can find out about space travel and satellites and learn about our solar system.
The engine hall has a great collection of machines on display, some moving. So many things are here for you to see and do, it really will take the most part of a whole day to see all you want to. So make sure you wear comfy shoes and plan what to do for lunch. There is a cafe here but it is pricey and you could get something much better, or take something with you. They allow eating in the picnic area.

An excellent French bookshop in the South Kensington area. Although the bookshop isn't very large, it stocks a huge range of popular titles at a very reasonable price. The shop doesn't have many members of staff, but the staff are very friendly and as they are French speaking, they are able to help very quickly with suggestions and other things. I managed to buy two classic books: Manon des Sources and Un Sac de Billes for no more than Â£6 each, which is very reasonable, since I have been unable to find either book for a reasonable price online or in other bookshops. This bookshop is great for people waiting to find learning material as well and has a really lovely atmosphere. I like this place in general but you need to know when to go.
The best stuff I have seen there was a beatbox performance with a twist:they attached an ultrasound machine while the person was making beats and you could see his tongue on the ultrasound. Amazing!

I think Dana centre is on the edge of making science overly popular and not going deep enough. Last week I was there to see some groups discussion about extending human life, futuristic medical plasters, robots who can feed themselves and more. We had about 20 minutes to be in each group and by the time you got engaged in the conversation it was already time to move. A bit frustrating.

The staff were all wearing these wireless speakers which made them look like
star trek the newest generation and also I think some of them are chosen to look 'astro'
to fit with the place...

I am happy it exists but will take it in small portions.I like this place in general but you need to know when to go.
