The facilities look lovely and the sales team were nice and not at all pushy, but I had a problem with their creche (not very consistent with their safety procedures and gave out wrong info ref Ofsted report) and the management were totally disinterested in resolving it. Cancelled my membership without ever actually getting to use the club, Â£200 poorer. Bliss Spa, for me, is always going to be a triumph of heart/purse over head/budget. For one thing, even by expensive London salon standards, it's at least 20% more expensive than it should be - its facials START at over Â£100, and having visited the New York Bliss spas, I'm all too aware that the services cost the same in dollars as they do in pounds, in some bizarre reverse exchange rate. The telephone manner of the sales staff takes 'brisk' to heights that verge on rudeness, and the pun-matic catalogue is verrrry irritating.

But, on the other hand, it's still a very cool 'location spa', the facials are American (ie, they're not afraid of extractions and will tackle your blackheads until you're squeaky clean - literally) and the waxing (hot and cold wax) is professional and thorough, ideal for the first time Brazilian. The massage is expensive, but gets rave reviews and Keshia is a top manicurist for perfect nails that'll last all week.
