due to unforseen circumstances the lee evans venue layout was changed beyond our control.
every customer that purchased lee evans tickets from us were contacted to send us there tickets back as we needed to re-issue new tickets for the new event layout.

due to further complications we were unable to provide some customers with new tickets, however these customers were refunded in full and offered an upgrade on any future purchase with ourselves.

so i dont know who you were tryin to contact!

in any case if your were not able to get in touch with us via phone or email this was only caused by high call volumes and we apologise for any inconvience this caused!

Best and most memorable stage show I've seen for years.
The actors hold puppets and sing like ventriloguists. Very sophisticated puppets. Huge puppets. You almost think they are alive and forget the person behind controlling the puppet and singing.
The characters are hilarious.
I bought the music on CD. When you try to sing along you realise how good the singers are. Spanning a couple of octaves, hitting high notes, and a final note which goes on forever until you are completely out of breath but the singer is still holding the no-o-o-ote ........................ !
Since the CD has the words printed out, you can catch up on any clever lines you missed.
It is so witty.
My favourite scenes are between the character who protests that he isn't gay, whilst his flatmate protests 'I'd like you anyway.'
Totally unsuitable for children, as the theatre told us. One scene shows a male and female puppet having sex and their amusing comments - what she's thinking, what he's thinking.
You might not want to take granny. Or your religious married friends who are God fearing and talk about the bible. You get the idea. Songs have words like The Internet Is For Porn. I sat next to my religious friends and to avoid embarrassment could not comment on the play but had to make conversation about London transport all through the interval.
Americans of course know what Avenue Q is all about. Took me a while to figure out what's going on. Avenue Q is towards the end of the alphabet, a street way beyond third rate. The characters in the building are all modern 'misfits', flatmates and married couples and courting couples. Those who get on at first will fall out mid-way and those who fall out will get back together.

The Phantom of the opera which is at this theatre is a good show. We all know the songs as they have been around for years and that makes it easy to get in to.
From the moment the curtain goes up you are waiting for those opening bars of over the top organ music and the moment it comes on, the great chandelier starts to rise in to the roof full of sparkling lights and you are transported in to a new world. The cast were great and the lady who played the lead part had the most fantastic voice.
When the phantom appears almost above your head in the 2nd half it is really cool, as you spot some one up on high and realize who it is.Would go again, the music is so good.The Phantom of the opera which is at this theatre is a good show. The trocadero is in soho, in coventry street, I have been here twice. Once when it was the sega centre many moons ago and more recently and it was not worth the effort on both occasions. The trocadero is a mish mash of shops and amusement arcades that is over priced and over rated. The most eye catching and memorable thing about it would be the massive escalators , which are hair raisingly scary and not for the faint hearted. Well it is on five floors. It is too pricey and not value for money and I would not go again when there are better places to go and spend quality time with the family, a definate no go for me.The trocadero is in soho, in coventry street, I have been here twice. The queens theatre is on shaftsbury avenue and is easy to find, with its prominent bill board style poster adorning the front of it. The show is a tear jerker to say the least, but it is amazing, so well acted and performed, so beautiful from start to finish, that you are transported to another time and place. It is a very long show though so bear in mind that you will get thirsty and hot, so take a drink, also the ques for the toilets was ridiculous and we almost missed the start of the 2nd half because of this, so plan ahead! The staff at Curzon Soho are brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - and importantly for me, unlike most cinemas - they smile. A lot! There is a good range of films shown here and the concessions stand offers popcorn, alcohol and beverages that are very reasonably priced. There is also a bar and coffee bar in the building, offering different food, drink and cake options. This is a cinema you can come to as part of a whole evening, you don't feel like you've got to watch your step on sticky floors or that you are being ripped off. The membership options offer good value for money if you are going to come more than 4 times in a year - and actually, you might because the atmosphere here is so friendly and welcoming. I went tonight - and there was even a quiz, adding to a real 'community' feel! This is my favorite bar in London. There is a friendly waitress service, and a great theatre to boot! In the middle of Soho, they are general busy, but never totally packed - I've always managed to get a table -pretty much straight away! The prices are reasonable and there is a good list of cocktails to try. There is also a full and varied wine list, which is not badly priced. The selection of beers and spirits are good. Iâ¬"ve never eaten in the Soho Theatre, but Iâ¬"ve been told that the food is good too! Nothing about this place disappoints.

After the refurbishment a few years ago this place has moved on leaps and bounds and has really good productions such has mama-mia. I found mama-mia just hilarious and the venue lends its self very well to these kinds of productions with its central location right in the middle of Leister square is great for coming in on the tube. If you want I cheap ticket here I would really advise searching the internet for cheap advance tickets. The Odeon has 5 screens each rather small and only seating around 50 people but is great if you are unable to find at the larger Odeon. The cinema has a rather charming and quaint quality. As it is the west end prices are higher if you are out in the west end it's great for watching a film and heading on to nearby china town. I watched the film juno here with several friends and we had the screen almost entirely to ourselves with the exception of a couple of tourists. well it surely is expenisve at 15 pounds a ticket, and a date cud eaily put you out 30 pounds, but hey i m not trying to complain, its easily connected on the central line and is right off lecicester square, its quite a maginomious design, feels posh, the seats are very comfortable, and staff is well spoken. i think student discounts are offered, so better check before u get in,

The Odeon Leicester Square Cinema is a fantastic cinematic experience â¬ if you can afford it. The prices are very high compared to elsewhere, though most central London cinemas arenâ¬"t exactly cheap. What youâ¬"re paying for is a huge screen. I would say that itâ¬"s certainly worth visiting at least once in your lifetime. The location is great too - Leicester square itself is really nice, you can grab an icecream at one of the many ice cream shops around the square before your film, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well to visit after the film has finished. Was really unsure what to expect from this intimate venue, as the only seating plan when booking was confusing to say the least. As the first a several Theatre visits over a weekend, this was the venue we knew least about but the show we were most excited about seeing. It did not disappoint. Sitting in the fourth row, you really felt as if you were part of the show- those in the front row actually had the actors almost stand on their toes in parts. The curved style of the seats enables most of the audience fantastic views, although the boxes appeared to have restricted views, and there is plenty of leg room. The actors were not mic-ed up so while we could hear everything very clearly, this may have been an issue in places for people sitting further back or in one of the boxes. A very high tech cinema in the heart of the west end. This cinema is easy to access via Car,Tube,and Bus.
The food is very reasonable for a london cinema and also very tasty! Especially the nachos and popcorn.
This cinema has many screens and shows most of the new film releases.
The staff are very helpful and are quick to help with any problems, they quickly removed 3 hooligans who were ruining the film for others!
The screenings of films are very regular and the cinema is open every day.

Originally this is the site of a theatre built in it's first incarnation in 1663, making it the oldest theatre in London, though it's 4th actual building as others have burnt down. This one has stood safe since 1812. I hear Andrew Lloyd Webber owns it now.
It's a grand venue, a lovely decorative portico at the front and inset busts of historic figures in the walls and internal recesses.
The entry is lovely and in this instance the front of house staff are well dressed.
There's a second area just by the stairs, a circular hallway, which in this case held a concession stand for the Lord Of The Rings show.
Then, down stairs to a bar, then bizarrely back up stairs to the stalls.
The theatre is a very stereotypical layout, with stall, dress circle, circle and balcony/gods in terms of seating. There are side boxes, but, as ever, with restricted views.
For this show the set leached into the auditorium, blending the space between Middle Earth and reality and it was a fantastic use of the space.
This show made use of every part of the stage with an enormous and complex revolving set, a good sign for the future in terms of it's capacity to create new innovation and design in theatre.
A great show in a lovely theatre.
The staff can be somewhat abrupt, one in particular today was rude to me when I accidentally took a picture with my partners camera phone. (Using his phone and no clue how to actually get to the part I wanted to use, never mind what to do when I got there!) It was of the back of someone elses head but the staff member was awfully shirty, even when I showed him the accidental picture. I wasn't happy and it slightly spoiled my enjoyment of the show.

Later, when selling ice cream they ran out before even half of the enormous queue were served, rather silly given the advance bookings!
When purchasing at the concession stand they had no bags to take away your merchandise. For what otherwise appears to be a very professional looking and grandiose place the customer service and manners are distinctly lacking.
