I am not personally a member but my wife is, and she doesn't stop raving about this place. Yoga is proven to be very good for your fitness and has certainly helped her tone certain parts of the body by holding positions. It also greatly helps to relieve stress etc. In the heart of north kensington you won't find a better centre, and the prices are very reasonable too. However this site has spelt the name wrong it is "Jivamukti Yoga London". Ther is also a greate selection of cafes and restraunts in the area to fill up after a hard day.
