In some ways more like a cafe than a restaurant Limon was a pleasant meal but nothing too special.

The food is tasty and not too expensive but the menu us quite limited.

Once upon a time Bar Sia was a Turkish Baths. Downstairs theyâ¬"ve even converted the baths into a romantic little multi levelled seating affair. Despite all the tiles and lack of windows it is actually very comfortable. Upstairs on ground level the bar is a lot more of what you would expect. A clean, modern place filled with comfy leather seats and well veneered tables. The drinks are over-priced but thatâ¬"s what comes a place with such lofty thoughts of itself. The patrons tend to the be young, wannabe trendies â¬not actually trendies because such reckless slaves to fashion couldnâ¬"t afford to drink in here. Itâ¬"s an alright place, this. This place is a mainstay of late night Wimbledon. Up the road there is Po Na Na, which is equally naff but thinks oh so much more of itself. The Watershed is local club with no pretentions. Itâ¬"s dark and a little dingy but great place to go after youâ¬"ve been drinking and want to up the tempo. The music is poppy, hip hoppy, dancy stuff â¬nothing special. Something The Watershed plays host to a really good comedy club called Laughing Horse. You can see comedy and stay on for the club which is really very good value indeed. This particular outlet has a larger than expected array or chocolates to choose from when considering the size of the outlet. Chocolates are available to buy singularly or in boxes/packs.

Seasonal treats are also available such as chocolate easter bunnies and christmas related shapes. Each product can be written on with icing in a message of your choosing quickly and easily by a member of staff on the til.

Iâ¬"ve been going to Thomas Marshall-Manifold for over 10 years. I am 47 and have found relief for various injuries, including tennis elbow and whiplash injury caused by a car accident.
He has also treated me for allergies, headaches, bladder infections and premenstrual symptoms. I go to the clinic once every 6 months or when I feel I need to for â¬Übalancing treatmentsâ¬". This has helped to keep me very healthy for the last few years.
Also, some time ago my 5 years old son experienced continual ear and sinus infections, resulting in him consuming repeatedly antibiotics. They didnâ¬"t seem to be helping, so I took him to doctor Marshall-Manifold and after six months of treatment he has had, to date, no problems. His immune system is very strong and at 16 years of age, he is a very healthy young man.
I cannot recommend Thomas Marshall-Manifold more highly.

I am an experienced enthusiastic lover of quality Thai food!!
Our group of five spanned an age range of 50 years yet, so good was the food at Chang Thai,everyone thoroughly enjoyed every dish that we had ordered.

My only regret is that I live about twenty stops away on the dreaded Northern Line, otherwise I would become a regular.

The McDonalds burgers can only be classed as a burger because of the gurkin, without it they would be classed as a cake because there is so much sugar in them.

For years Sia food and wine has been used by young children aged around 13-17 years for purchasing alcohol and cigarettes.
Known by them as 'Haydons' they make their way there to buy alcohol and go drinking in near-by parks.
The staff there (2 asian men) know that the children are underage as when they purchase alcohol they tell them to, and qoute, 'Put it deep in your bag', or if there are other customers in the shop they wait until they have left to serve the kids.
This has gone un noticed since I was in my early teens, now nearly 18 it's still going on and more and more kids hear of it and go there to get drink.
This place should have it's licence removed as it is using it in the wrong way.
They are helping add to the rise in young people drinking from an early age.

The picture isn't mine, but it looks almost the same as what I found in our family bucket.
Imagine enjoying your food then taking a bite into a piece of, what you thought was wing, and a brain falling onto the table.
That is exactly what happened to me in Wimbledon KFC.
My friend who I was with threw up at the sight of it and on closer inspection of the piece of chicken we noticed an eye socket an the other piece of the brain.

I showed the piece of chicken to the staff member at the till and asked to speak to the manager. She took the piece off me and chucked it in the bin, I told the manager how discussed I was demanded my money back, to which she told me, sorry we can't do that, have another piece of chicken for free.
I'm sorry, but after seeing that, I didn't ever want to go there again.
After a long disagreement the manager said, and I qoute...
"It's not our fault, sometimes the chefs, they miss bits when cleaning the chicken"
This is NOT the attitude to have!
They refused to give me my money back, even after being threatened with the health services.

I have not yet been in ANY cafe Nero where there has been an English staff member.
I think it's quite nice that they keep authentic.
The coffee at cafe Nero gives a real taste of Italy and the food that is offered with it makes the experience even more fantastic.
Their prices are fair for the quality and service that you receive.
You can also pick up a loyalty card that you get stamped after every purchase, once you have a full card you will receive a free large coffee of your choice.I have not yet been in ANY cafe Nero where there has been an English staff member.

The Wimbledon Odeon is a great place to go with the family or friends to see the latest film, it offers great seating services and multi screens so you always have choice of what to see.
The only downside of the Odeon is the prices.
An adult ticket has now been bumped up to Â£8
A child at Â£5 and student at Â£6.70.

McChina used to be a tiny little takeaway service based on the Haydons road, it offered a delicious range of excellent Chinese food at a very good price.
In the decade or so that has passed, McChina has evolved and expanded into a magnificent, elegant restaurant that not only offers it's same great takeaway service and value for money, but also a beautiful place to dine and experience the taste of China right here in Wimbledon, now know as McChina Eating.

Firstly, you have to remember this is a takeaway kebab shop, not a 5star restaurant, but saying that, the food has always been very tasty in a fatty fast food kind of way.
The staff are always very friendly, and they deliver very quickly to local addresses, and the prices are very good for the portion sizes served! For instance 10 chicken nuggets and chips for Â£3.50 or a half pounder cheeseburger and chips for Â£4.50.

An almost out-of-town sibling of the wonderful San Lorenzo of Beauchamp Place, which maintains an almost mystical attraction for high society partly due to its refusal to take credit cards, making it necessary to be seriously cashed up - or be well enough known to Mara Berni to write a cheque. Ghigo Berni presides over the Wimbledon restaurant - or I suppose would do if he was there; but on the night we went he was absent and the staff were disappointingly ordinary, trying to give us an ill-favoured table even though we were well-dressed and the place was half empty The conservatory which might have been more atmospheric was closed and the rest of the decor is generally somewhat '70's trat'.

That aside, the food was excellent: delicious lobster salad, succulent calves' liver, an exceptional fillet of beef and a mouthwatering mixed grill of fish and shellfish. We finished sharing a beautifully well-balanced semifreddo al vin santo, the meal all washed down with a decent Pinot Bianco for only £17.50. £170 for four people including service made it a pretty reasonable night out - and they take credit cards!

Its menu is a mixture of Chinese and Japanese rice and noodle dishes served in generous portions by young and pleasant staff. Prices are very reasonable (eg £5 or £6 for a groaning plateful of chicken and vegetables with black bean sauce) and it's a great place for hungry youngsters on a limited budget. Only problem is that service is so speedy and the turnover so fast that your visit is more likely to last forty minutes than a whole evening! We find this a welcome change from other Wimbledon restaurants and a pleasant place for some tasty Lebanese food. It's small and unpretentious with friendly staff who remember you. Our favourite food there is a selection of starters and small dishes which we prefer to the main (slightly plain) meat dishes. They often play Lebanese music on CD which helps to blot out the rather bleak urban view from the window.
