As a Literature Graduate, going to the Globe was incredible. The sense of history, knowing that one of the most famous writers in the world wrote all his works specifically for this stage, is unlike anything I have ever felt before. Yes, I was very VERY excited. We stood with our £5 tickets and saw a non Shakespeare production in the pouring rain- it was brilliant. There are seated tickets but the seats to the side of the stage have a restricted view, and if you are after comfort then back and seat cushions can be hired for an additional fee.
