This used to be one of my favourite Indian places. The food was amazing and really justified slightly higher prices. The food arrived hot in large cardboard boxes and the Murgh Masala was one of the best meals I have ever tasted. Then something went horribly wrong. The food now arrives cold, and is so tasteless it isn't even funny. There is no spice in the curry at all. I LIKE mild currys but this wasn't curry. Our last poppadoms could bend so far that I managed to use one end to touch the other. Don't bother pointing out that it's cold because the delivery guy couldn't care. Ive been ordering from Jades for about 2yrs now and i love it!! The food is really nice and not to greasy. Its also reasonably priced and i get feebies coz im a regular, Yeah LOL. Hi, Customer service is atrocious & staff attitude curt, dismissive, judgemental disdainfull & any attempts at

sociable interaction will be frustrating & probably misinterpreted. Portion quality, quantity & temperature

vary radically from one visit to another. They openly discourage patronage if one comments on any slight

disatisfaction & any eloquence or attempt to be diplomatiic will be frustratingly in vain. As I entered, a suited

gentleman was leaving empty handed & annoyed & shouting vitriolic invective & citing that they were bad

muslims (they aggressively disputed this).
I think the manager needs to address issues if he wishes to ATTRACT business. When it's good,the food is

excellent, but I now continue to choose to go elsewhere unless I see staff replaced. I feel they think that they are

beyond comparison as they are comparitively cheap, but for the same price you can buy 5 times that amount & self
