Its difficult to write a proper review about this place because it can be so hit and miss...its my local so ive been a lot but its never consistent. The Skiddaw is a very nice looking bar. It is colored in purple from the outside which stands out... Inside there are some cosy couches and other normal tables. There is a lot of hidden space at the back which I almost missed.

The service was great. When I came in, I told one of the staff that I was waiting for someone and he kindly told me that the person I was waiting for was already in.

We ordered a selection of humus, tzatziki, salsa, vegetable, Kofte and Falafel. They were all equally disappointing. (maybe the tzatziki wasn't that bad after all...)

I recommend this place for drinks but not for food. When I was there ages ago, they also had trivia nights on Wednesday...

A nice outdoor terrace by the water, friendly staff and music tuned up low, so you can actually have a conversation. Its a good find. This pub has 2 floors- the lower one is actually on the regent canal and it's beautiful to see the view. I had a really tasty burger and the rest of the food looks good as well.
