In this day and age of mass production and cheap imports from china, how do small manufacturing enterprises keep going, well i will tell you its something you dont get from the big players its called customer service, and this place pours it out in bucket fulls, and old family firm still going generations later, everybody should support these kind of businesses, I popped in here for the first time years ago while waiting for my washing in the launderette next door, i had a bike,i didnt want to buy anything, but i did want advise, the guy that was in there at the time stopped what he was doing came straight over, introduced himself and spent the next 20 mins chatting to me about my bike and bikes in general, never have i met anybody with more pasion for his job.
