As a cinema the Tricycle specialises in Independent movies more than the mainstream ones. I understand that every year they hosts an Irish film festival and a Black film festival too. The cafe side of the Tricyle is also quite interesting. Whilst the drinks are simple and acceptable there are interesting pictures from different artists which are put around the walls. All types of people can be found in the cafe which is what I find the most interesting, you will hear all types of conversations with most being around the subject of art, literature, and at times politics. If you are in the Kilburn area and looking for a bit of culture then I'd recommend the Tricycle. The Tricycle Cinema is both a place to watch movies, threatre, expositions, and a cafe.
