When I first moveed into the area, I needed a good english breakfast. I went to this place and found the business. Not only do they do a cracking breakfast, they also do some lovely fresh coffee. Lunches and snacks are reasonably priced and always served with a smile.

I love the decor (which feels a little bit different) and the location is good for both the E1 and E3 busses.

As a local park this has it all. Firstly, it is placed near the villagy part of Hanwell. If your image of Hanwell is the Uxbridge Road, try this amazing little corner by St, Mary's Church: you'll be amazed you are in London.

Next there is the park itself. I am amazed that a small zoo is not recieving greater publicity. This place has monkeys, Maras (Google them - they are splendid!), peacocks and small household pets. Small children will be enchanted. There is the golf park earby and some lovely walks. Something for all the family in a lovely setting.As a local park this has it all. Rating: 4.00Since I live around the corner, suppose I'm a little biased, although there are a lot of places nearby that offer a asimilar sergvice - but this restaurant offers that little something extra.

Immediate impressions may not be favourable: the decor is, to say the least, individual, but if you can get beyond that, you are in for a treat.

The food is both well cooked and real comfort food: there are no amazing surprises on the menu if you stick to the 'usual suspects', but how about trying the fish?

Prices are reasonable and delivery is prompt. Whomever you deal with its always service with a smile. Would I reccommend this place - Yeah: friendly staff, good food and reasonable prices. For a local cafe, the newly names Cafe Espresso is reasonably priced, friendly and colourful. Good strong cups of tea, proper fry ups, and choice of any combination of sandwich filling are defineatly this cafe's strong points. The family run buisness really caters for the customer, its a small buisness and its only a little cafe in Hanwell, but worth reviewing because I spend every free period I have in there. It has a comfortable, colourful interior, a range of foods and is perfect for just sitting in ( aslong as you order something at some point you can stay as long as you want).
