This Gym changed owners a few times over the last few years. It is now known as Fitrooms.
It offers Fitness at a great rate. It is spacious with Sauna and Steam Rooms. Feeling is a little dated but ok. Located on the busy North End Road Fulham. No Parking.This Gym changed owners a few times over the last few years. It is now known as Fitrooms.

Despite its name, Charing Cross Hospital is in fact near Barons Court, on Fulham Palace Road, and houses a very cheeky little sports complex. A tiny gym (which i never used, instead opting for the Energize Gym at the Hammersmith and West London College), a swimming pool and a few squash courts. This was a real gem of a find for me, because until i discovered the place, i was having to travel to various other squash courts by tube, wasting a lot of time on public transport. And we all know how enraging unnecessary tube travel can be.

Of course it's not such a gem of a find for those who live nowhere near Barons Court.

They also have a cheap little bar, complete with sports TV channels and pool tables, so you can undo all the good work you just put in on the courts or in the pool.
