The pizza I got yesterday from finchley road was the worst pizza I ever had. I had a large caponata. I did not mind too much that is was nearly cold when it arrived, but there was so much cheese it was disgusting. A thick layer of oily chewy. I counted three slices of pancetta only, and the mushrooms were hardly to visible.
But the most disgusting thing on that pizza was the enormous amount of garlic salt or dried garlic on top.
I could understand that the pizza maker either does not eat his pizzas or he does not understand what a pizza is at all.
( By the way I lived in Italy for 5 years)
