The main draw is their spit roast chickens, which they sell in baguettes (half a chicken!) or with salad. I finally went to one of the chain (Covent Garden) in the hunt for THE croissant place in London. You see, I'm quite a croissant connoisseur. I had a pain au chocolat. It was slightly disappointing. It was a bit stale and dry, perhaps it was towards the end of the day. But the display of various flans, cakes, tarts, claufouti and sweets sure look delicious!
Been hearing about Paul Boulangerie & Pattiserie for ages. As soon as you enter The Tea House you feel as though you've entered this little Asian microcosm. The tea they stock isn't exclusively Asian but they do carry a large amount of tea from this part of the world.

Most of their customers at the moment seem to be tourists, which is obvious due to their central location in Covent Garden. They do have a local group of recurrent customers who come to the Tea House due to the friendliness of their staff, knowledge, but of course their huge choice in tea.

If you are a tea aficionado, or not, and are looking for this unique tea or just for high quality tea you should definitely check out the Tea House.

Opening and Closing Times
Mon-Sat: 10:00am-7:00pm
Sun: 12:00pm-6:00pm
First of all a few disclaimers, I am not a tea drinker (I love coffee), and I go the Tea House a few times a year to buy the tea for my mom when I go back to Paris.

I like this place a lot as most places in London where you get your tea is from chains like Whittards.
