Subway is the home of sandwich lovers,Everyone who loves a good sandwich will agree with me when i say this is the best place to get your sandwiches from.I normally order a sandwich from here once a week.

They are expensive when it comes to sandwiches,You get to choose what bread you want for your sandwich.Their are 5 different choices for you,The sandwiches are quite rich in the taste as well.

I was walking past this takeaway when i remembered my friends had told me about how good the food here is.So alone i came here and had a look around to see what they had on offer.I was happy to see the amount of offers they had on for lunch so i took a seat and sat down.

Well this is located in quite a busy area so its hard to get your order in quickly.I have been here a few times to order food,I find the food here to be quite delicious.The food here is good and the best food to get from here would be the sandwiches as everything else takes really long to make.

I have a slight sushi obsession and this place was walking distance from work so I'd say I've spent the majority of my take-away lunches munching away on their sushi.

Unfortunately, Yoshino has been kicked out of the Japan Centre basement but they are promising to re-open it somewhere 'close' in October. In the meantime, the delicatessen is operating out of their restaurant just down the road from the Japan Centre so I guess not all is lost....I have a slight sushi obsession and this place was walking distance from work so I'd say I've spent the majority of my take-away lunches munching away on their sushi.

One sunny day I was wandering down Oxford st looking for some cheap food.

I really fancied Sushi for some reason, but knew there was no chance I would find anywhere cheap enough for my poor empty wallet.

Imagine my delight then, when I found Wasabi! I had never heard of the chain before, and at this point I think this was the only branch in London.

Wasabi now have a few branches all over, one near Liverpool st for example, and they all sell the same low priced sushi/sashimi, and hot food like satay and noodles.

I confess I haven't tried the hot food yet, even though it smells mouth watering (especially the Teriyaki) as I've always fallen for the delicious pick n mix style sushi.

It's self serve, and the pieces of sushi are individually wrapped, and are priced at 2 for Â£1, or 2 for Â£1.50, for everything from cucumber seaweed rolls, to squid and prawn. If you are careful, it's possible to fill up a whole tray for Â£5, or just blow the bank with sashimi, edamame, and well dressed japanese salads.

There is always a selection of interesting Japenese soft drinks, always worth a try for the adventure.

Shelleys used to be the best sandwich bar in Soho. Good quality food, fantastic range, not too pricey...all round good value. But then about 3-4 years ago it changed hands. On the face of it, it has the same range of food, same pricing and same long queue going out the door at lunchtime. But in my opinion, the food is greasier, not as well cooked. Service is poor and I'm not too keen on the hygiene (but that's probably because I like to see my sandwich prepared with gloved-hands).

Honestly, I just don't go there any more unless I'm really stuck for something and can't bear to face the queue for Make Mine. I'm a huge fan of Wrapid. Their wraps have become a definite daily
craving of mine and I would recommend it to anyone, whatever your
taste may be. I began with the chicken tikka wrap, wrapped in a
delicious flat bread naan. After that I was fascinated and hooked. The
menu extends out to a wide variety of global mouth watering flavours,
which include assorted pizza, Mexican, and Chinese stir-fry wraps, as
well as a very wide range in traditional British food.The full English
breakfast wrap is a must. Just when I thought I was full enough, I
came across the dessert menu. If sticky toffee pudding wrapped in a
crepe does not tempt anyone, then I don't know what does. Wrapid also
offers unique vegetarian options and fantastic student offers that you
simply cannot resist. The service was superb at Wrapid and there is

Ok - so the headline is theirs, but I like it.

Excellent hummus (I want their recipe), lovely toppings, my favourites are the ful and the chicken, fresh mint tea, hot spiced apple juice, aloe vera juice. I try not to be too greedy in there but I can't help myself. Free wifi (ehummus :-)

I love the Japan Centre. Alot. It's random, authentic and eclectic. There's not many places that you can walk into and have a good and reasonably priced lunch, follow it with a trip to the sake and tea shop and then get your groceries. Oh, and you can book a flight to Japan in between. And buy some books, or some crockery. Fresh wasabi, anyone? It's expensive but it's a special treat and I haven't seen it anywhere else. Fresh takeaway sushi at very reasonable prices, homemade miso soup, quirky bakery products, I could go on and on. It's not glamorous but it's great. Give it a go.I love the Japan Centre. Alot. GoChisou is a great alternative to Itsu. Its a small resturant that also does freshly made takeaway.

They do all the dishes you'd expect such as: sushi and sashimi sets, miso ramen, grilled salmon set, ten don yakitori set (to name a few) and some pretty great looking salads (such as the sashimi and avocardo salad).

After 3 visits in a week, so far I still haven't been able to go past the sushi (its just sooooo fresh) and miso soup (again pretty special) because they are THAT good.

I will happily report back when I manage to venture further ;)

BTW, the manager is a little eager to please (very friendly but don't let that scare you). He will happily have the chef make any of their dishes fresh for you if what you're after is not on the shelf.

In terms of price, I think its competitive enough but not some where I could afford to eat every day..

If you're anywhere near the corner of Oxford St and Regent Street on a weekday and fancy some quick and easy ultra fresh and tastey Japanese food, have a look just around the corner. I would love to know what others think...

This is one of your more busy KFCs, due to its handy location. On the many occasions i have frequented this establishment the food quality has varied. The chicken tends to be a bit on the oily side and at peak hours (8pm+ on a friday, when you could find yourself in a queue for 5-10mins) also finding a table with a window view can be difficult (almost impossible)at these times. However on the positive side they don't charge for sauce.

Moral of the story is this, if you want a nice KFC i would recommend going out of central. however the smaller ones do tend to charge for sauce, which is bad in my books.This is one of your more busy KFCs, due to its handy location.
