Rating: 1.00I was not happy with the service I recieved tonight. Due to the young girl chatting to another member of staff she got my brothers order wrong, which meant I had to drive all the way back to the take out. I explained to the girl she had got the order wrong and their was no apology for the order being wrong or that I had had to drive back their using petrol or for ruining our family night relaxing...The only response I got from the young girl was that she assumed he only wanted one burger cause I was with him??? I wll not be going back to Pizza Romano they need to take more pride in customer service!!I was not happy with the service I recieved tonight. You've obviously got a gripe with one of the staff or something. If it's the Hair Fusion in Leeds town centre you are talking about I have been going since they opened and have never been disappointed. Always made welcome and had a free glass of wine on the odd occasion.
There's just no pleasing some people these days!
As for their website (NOT 'there website') I didn't know they had one.
There is one on the internet called hair fusion but there is no reference on it that it is this particular salon.
Sounds to me like your being the grumpy one!
Never mind hair fusion I'm sure your good reviews will outweigh the bad one eventually!

I am absolutely disgusted with The WATCH Lab service in Leeds! I took my Nixon watch there for a simple battery change. They proceeded to brake my watch strap and damage the digital pixels on the face of my watch due to there incompetence of not knowing how to remove everything properly! My watch was then sent away for two and a half months!! When I asked for a refund I was asked "why I thought I should be entitled to a refund"! Absolutely unbelievable!! Other companies go under for poor customer service which is what I hope happens to this company!

I now have my watch back and although have been given a refund after many times asking to be told no, my stainless steel watch face is now damaged!! I would thoroughly thoroughly NOT recommend anybody to use this company! I do hope they go bankrupt! (To top it off I have just been called and asked to pop back as I was accidentally given the wrong receipt and they need it for their recordsâ¬¦ well I may pop back in two and a half monthsâ¬¦if I can find it that is)

I saw a nice bed in the shop one Saturday and the following week rang them to ask the name of the mattress we picked out as we wanted to research it and see if there were any reviews of it on the internet. They refused to give either me or my partner the manufacturer's name over the phone and were outright rude. Something very dodgy is going on as they were extremely evasive and defensive and started to get very agitated when I pressed them. Order took way over an hour and a half to be delivered, we made 2 phone calls. After 45 mins we were told the delivery was on its way, we then waited and nothing appeared. After 1hr 15mins we phoned again and were told it was still on its way. We asked if the 1 pound delivery fee could be taken off as we'd waited so long and the response from the take away was "it normally takes over an hour for delivery's to be sent and no the Â£1 delivery fee will not be deducted". I was a regular here as a student - quite a few years back now - but pop in now and agaain and it's still as great as ever.

Rating: 1.00Just wanted to inform people that in the shabab express i believe i have found probably the worst indian food i have ever had .
We arrived on a Sat in Oct at 7 and there was 8 people dining . My partner and I ordered bhuna prawn on puri and the "highly recommended" Haleeb .The 5 tiny prawns in a red sauce accompanied by some limp salad and a puri that had the texture of a deep fried paper plate missed the mark , and the haleeb consisted of thin brown water with a few beans in the bottom of the bowl .. absolutely awful.. but we soldiered on . For mains we ordered chicken Rogan and chicken Vindaloo both came and looked , smelled and tasted identical .. Campbells tomato soup springs to mind. I had asked for the vindaloo to be HOT!! but to no avail . I asked the waiter to take it away and bring me what i had asked for ... enter the manager . who informed me that they dont use FRESH ingredients to spice up curries and that he would take the old dish away chuck a few handfuls of chilli powder in it and that was that. The result was the original curry i had been brought , loaded with chill powder , not cooked out so it was bitter and inedible .. i was appalled , a rude manager and inedible food . The people on the next table to us had also returned food so it wasnt just us . The only thing Express about this place is the speed you want to get out. Been a while since I've been but thought everything was okay. I think the seafood is better from Livebait and so is the atmosphere.
