Just read your review and seeing as it was written on diwali day i can see why you were preety worked! Being the first indian sweet shop to hit hayes made that day very busy! i should know I stood in cue for 30 minutes!
but have to say the wait was worth it! The food was fantastic... and have been many times. Not only to order take away but have also sat in the dining area which i have to add was imaculate and not in the least bit dirty. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience but on the numerous occasions i have been there I have always enjoyed the food thorougly and service has always been great!
