I've been a Brown Sugar customer for some months now, and I've always received the highest level of service. I always notice other customers leaving with a smile on their face, the owner seems to have a great rapport with his customers. Brown Sugar's food is lovely and ooohh so delicious the Jackets are the very best in Harrogate (they've got a proper oven for cooking them to perfection!) went here for my lunch as a new person in town, the staff were really helpfull, chatty and friendly.
