Rating: 5.00Nah, I didn't really. Well, how do you review a train station? I guess as they go it is not bad. It has trains and shops, can't say fairer than that. If you are going to London this will be your station. It does have trains to Edinburgh but don't take this line as it takes too long, take the short walk (or shuttle bus) to Queen Street Station and get the train to Edinburgh there instead. There's a Marks & Spencers for train snacks and a newsagent for something to read. Wish that Boots hadn't closed down though.Nah, I didn't really. Well, how do you review a train station? Rating: 3.00This low level railway station is the main transport link for the SECC - it is linked by a long overpass ( watch out for cyclists! ) from just outside the SECC. Glasgow Queen Street station is the third busiest station in Scotland and the main gateway to Scottish destinations north of Glasgow; the station is split over two levels. High levels diesel trains operate a â¬Üshuttleâ¬" service to Edinburgh Waverly, with departures every 15 minutes for most of the day. Hourly services to Aberdeen call at Perth and Dundee en-route to their destination. Less frequent services to Inverness, Oban, Fort William and Mallaig also depart from the high level. THE ULTIMATE underground experience. An absolutely fantastic day out for all the family should begin at St Enoch Underground station. With easy access to all parts of Glasgow, it plays host to friendly staff, friendlier ticket machines and a simply wonderful platform.

Some would call my description of St Enoch underground over-effusive, but I beg to differ. I have had many pleasant experiences catching underground trains from this stop and would highly recommend the walk to St Enoch over Buchanan Street Underground any day of the week, rain or shine.

Trains usually take at most 10 minutes to reach the platforms, averaging at around 4-5 minutes. Simply wonderful.THE ULTIMATE underground experience.
