This is a commercial, receiving theatre â¬ which means that although it attracts big names, including Vanessa Redgrave, Brenda Blethyn, Patricia Routledge etc etc in a whole host of excellent touring shows, the theatre is in it purely for profit, meaning that the seats are highly priced. The Festival Theatre in Malvern is a very good alternative â¬ the tickets can be accessed by the under 25s for Â£8 â¬ and the same shows often visit there. That said, Bath is a beautiful city to vist, with a host of street entertainers and sumptuous Georgian architecture. Bath Odeon is just a branch of the Odeon cinema chain, located in Bath, nothing much more to say.

Shows almost all the latest films, and quite often has themed midnight showings of the big blockbusters. For example, for the latest Indiana Jones film everyone who went at 1am got a free cheapy Indy hat.

Usual selection of snack food and toilet facilities. Lift available for disabled.

Student Tip:
Make sure you go to the freshers fair during freshers week to get lots of vouchers for the autumn/winter months, as well as a few cool posters.
