This place is completely shady, will do anything to get your money. I have contacted the state Attorney General's office in addition to the Better Business Bureau because of the ridiculous time I had-- including rude phonecalls-- trying to cancel my membership when I MOVED OUT OF STATE. Any other business I have had an ongoing membership with wouldn't have batted an eye at canceling my membership when I left the state. Oh yeah, and they charged my credit card a fee for the cancelation, THEN told me the account had not actually been canceled because of "insufficient proof" (they wanted my bank statements, driver's license, etc.-- A GYM!) and they were going to continue to bill me and send the account to collections if I didn't pay. Run, don't walk to the nearest gym in your area that is NOT the RAC.
