woah nellie
I ordered the beef ribs and my oh my! it looked like a whole cow had fallen into a delicious bbq sauce and fortunately been cooked. The staff are friendly and I was more than happy to leave a big tip. The coleslaw is a must, its crunchy and sweet and the portions are beyond generous.
Their tempura I also recommend – the vegetables were so vivid and fresh and the batter was light and hardly greasy. Dallas attracts a lot of tourist and families so it’s a great place to go but be sure to do it at the end of a shopping trip because you will feel very heavy!
Portions are very, very large! I have to warn you it might be better to share. A woman next to me ordered chicken wings and received a plate of about 20 BIG wings (these animals are body-builders!) for herself… I truly felt sorry for her, she could barely see her friend over the huge mountain of meat, and neither could I!
But I urge you all to experience this wonderful restaurant.
