I was first introduced to Joe looking for a source for a commercial loan for one of my clients. He is a wealth of information. I was impressed with his "niche products", his willingness to work hard to make the deal, and his professionalism. He was always available and communicated very efficiently. I have known Joseph since February '08 and his knowledge of nichy finance has served as an invaluable resource for myself and my clients. He is always my #1 go to guy for stuff that doesn’t qualify in my guidelines. He also picks up his phone!!! I would recommend him to anybody that deals in commercial lending. Personable! High Integrity! Great Results!

After working with Mr. Polanco I learned to always keep your eye on the prize. Joseph is very philosophical and that is one thing I will never forget about him. He is fast, energetic and gets right to the point. Great salesmen, and is the type of person that when he speaks, the whole room gets silent.
