Established in 2002

We are a family owned business deeply rooted in a restaurant environment. Hard work and the love of our craft has made The Heritage a successful restaurant.

The foundation of the restaurant was built on farmland and its heart are the employees that come together to make an enjoyable atmosphere and a great dining experience. The building itself has many memories and a deep heritage on Long Island. It was transported in pieces from Centereach Long Island where it was serving many happy customers under the name of Paramount Diner. The Heritage was completely remolded but the old Paramount logo floor tiles of two P's was left at the entrance.
