I love this store! I've been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem. Their merchandise is so unique and I always seem to find something that suits everyone. I like that their prices are fair, considering how expensive everything else is in the town.

I sent my money to them for a robe. I paid via Paypal and they received it but never shipped. Filed a claim with Paypal. Stay clear of SURPRISE SURPRISE GIFTS and it's owner Phyllis Jaslow. They take your money and you get nothing.
The store is aptly named Surprise Surprise because the surprise is that you lose your money. Shame on you Jaslow family.
