DO NOT go to this place, I'd rather go to Bayside Diner or Bluebay Diner.

The jackson hole in bay side on bell blvd has great burger, just like any other jackson hole restaurants, but their staff are the worst I've ever dealt with.
Their burgers are HEAVENLY! every single time! Their milk shakes are to die for! Their fries could be crispier though.
As for their waiting staff, I always have to wait at the door for a table, even if the place is empty, their waitress is always busy txting on her phone, or chatting with other staff. She would look at you, then turn away and go back to whatever she was doing. Usually after a 5 minute wait, we would get a table, then their waitress comes by right away asking if we are ready to order. If you know what you want, then that's great, if not, she'll walk away and takes about 15 minutes to come back and ask if you are ready to order. The food is great, but while you are eating, that same waitress would always walk by to see if she can drop the check. And she usually disappears after dropping the check, I guess she doesn't really care about if we pay the bill or not, but she would look at you and turn away, as always.
The last time we were there was the worst, we couldn't finish half of our order, so after we chase down our waitress and paid the bill, we sat there for a good 20 minutes hoping that either a bus boy or a waitress would come and pack our left over, but all of them would just take one look at you and turn away. We were so upset that we left without our left over, nor a tip.
The outside temperature was 35 degrees yesterday, and there was no heat in the restaurant, all of their eaters had their jacket on. I've never been to a restaurant that would not turn their heat on and let their customers freeze!
Never again!
The food is great, but their staffs made us never want to go back, ever again!

People who restaurants like this, in an economy like this, soon won't have restaurants to run. Thanks for the heads-up. We won't be eating here any time soon.
